How do I determine my correct Blundstone size?
All Blundstone boots are sold in Australian sizes. For men, the Australian size is one size down from your US size. For women, the Australian size is three sizes down from your US size. Please refer to our detailed size chart for specific measurements.
What is your return policy for boots?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn boots in their original packaging. Please ensure the soles are free of any marks by trying them on a carpeted surface. Return shipping labels are provided for a flat fee of $10.
Are Blundstone boots waterproof?
Many of our series, including the Thermal and Waterproof collections, are 100% waterproof. Our classic leather boots are highly water-resistant; however, we recommend regular treatment with a leather conditioner or waterproofing spray to maintain their integrity.
How long does shipping take within the USA?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days via FedEx or UPS. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout for those who need their boots sooner.
Do you offer a warranty on your footwear?
Yes, Blundstone boots are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for up to six months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper care.
Can the insoles of the boots be replaced?
Yes, most Blundstone models feature removable footbeds. We sell replacement comfort insoles on our website, or you can replace them with your own custom orthotics.
